Refund policy

Our exchange policy is subject to stock availability and lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us through Instagram DMs only to receive exchange approval and instructions on how the exchange will be processed.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by its original ticket/tag.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to additional delivery fees.

These fees are separate from the original delivery fees paid when you first placed the order, unless the mistake was not yours.

Important Delivery Notice:

-       Please inspect your order before accepting it from the courier.Once the courier has left after delivery, refunds will no longer be available. In such cases, the item will only be eligible for exchange in accordance with this policy.

-       The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect customer information are not the responsibility of the brand.

-   For delivery refusal, if a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, any delivery fees incurred will not be refunded. Future orders may require advance payment.

Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items:

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition.

  • Any item that is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that has been used.

  • Any item returned without its original ticket/tag or packaging.

  • Any item requested for exchange more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Any item requested for a refund after the courier has left.

Sale & Promotional Items:

Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with a discount/promo code are non-refundable.

These items are eligible for exchange only, subject to stock availability and the conditions stated above.
